[MC-93772] Mobs follow player in creative and spectator mode

The bug

When the game is really heavy lagging and you switch your gamemode from survival to creative or spectator mode while being chased by mobs, the mobs will continue following you. Even after changing the gamemode again (for example from creative to spectator) they keep following you.
