I was shooting a wither with my op bow and I notised that when I was shooting stuff it was not getting the glowing effect . I figured out it was taking the arrows from my inventory then using infident normal arrows .

Tested in 15w49b. Potion arrows, along with spectral arrows, are consumed from the player's inventory when using a bow in creative mode.
