[MC-9378] Efficency on swords bug

On SMP, Efficency books cannot be put on swords. Works fine on Creative mode
etc.

Efficiency cannot be applied to Swords in Survival.

(They're swords).

I was unaware of that, sorry.
Man, you guys are fast!

The reason I brought this up is that high-scale farming with melons is pointless now, because melons mine faster only with swords.

They mine instantly (well in two game ticks to be technical?) with a piston.
