[MC-938] pistons retracting after power is cut

when i remove power from a pistone it starts retracting and extending at a quick speed (if you want the world ask me)

Could you please fill in Environment correctly? Like OS? Java version? Anything else that isn't completely irrelevant like your Flatland preset?

Also, a video or a screenshot would be nice.

If I'm getting what you mean, it also happens on SMP a lot. Do your pistons go invisible or at least the piston head?
