When trying to enter a debug world's End dimension you normally get the credits playing. How ever if you enter the portal and crash the game befor the credits start (i.e. with Alt+F4) you will after reloging actually be in theEnd. When there you should be able to see
a boss bar and EndCrystals (no Obsidian pillars)
Way to reproduce (in a nutshell)
1.create a debug world by creating a new world and holding Shift whist selecting a world type (if you do Debug mode shall pop up after customised)
2.set your self to gamemode 1 (/gamemode1)
3.Go to the EndPotal block (can take a while but you'll manage :])
4.Position yourself over the portal whlist flying. Than fall in to the portal and press Alt+F4 when inside (befor the credits screen)

Well thats true but in my opinion it still is a bug worth noticing just BECAUSE of the purpose of the debug world which is to show every block in every state of its posible existence.
To make my point clear, you are "allowed" to go to the debug Nether (Nether of a Debug world) so why aren't you supposed to go to the End?
As a (hobby)ressourspack maker I am intressted to see every block in every dimension. (partially for MCPatcher/Optifine reasons)
By not not having access to the End (normaly) i can not see the textures i made against the contrast of the end sky for example.
And yes I know there are Ressourspack test maps (like the one of QMagnet) out there but they're not as condensed as an Debug world, which basicly is why I wrote this post. Cause I believe that the Debug is indeed a useful feature for Ressourspack makers and as such it shall be as good as it can be and shall that for either offer acess to all dimensiones or to the Overworld only.
(Sorry for rambling on I just wanted to make it clear that I am ready to prove the worth of this issue as equal to any other as I can.)
The debug world is only to show your all the blocks and is not functional for any other purposes.
