Well if you are only supposed to be in spectator mode. Then why can you even go in creative mode?
If you at any cost shouldn't go into creative in a Debug world, I believe you wouldn't be allowed to use cheats in them.
So basicly if it's possible you can't not be supposed to do it. At least in my opinion

Well thats true but in my opinion it still is a bug worth noticing just BECAUSE of the purpose of the debug world which is to show every block in every state of its posible existence.
To make my point clear, you are "allowed" to go to the debug Nether (Nether of a Debug world) so why aren't you supposed to go to the End?
As a (hobby)ressourspack maker I am intressted to see every block in every dimension. (partially for MCPatcher/Optifine reasons)
By not not having access to the End (normaly) i can not see the textures i made against the contrast of the end sky for example.
And yes I know there are Ressourspack test maps (like the one of QMagnet) out there but they're not as condensed as an Debug world, which basicly is why I wrote this post. Cause I believe that the Debug is indeed a useful feature for Ressourspack makers and as such it shall be as good as it can be and shall that for either offer acess to all dimensiones or to the Overworld only.
(Sorry for rambling on I just wanted to make it clear that I am ready to prove the worth of this issue as equal to any other as I can.)
