[MC-94063] Paintings do not create sound when broken

This snapshot added sounds for various instances. It was said on http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/15w50a that paintings had a sound event when destroyed. However, when I tested, it did not make any sound when broken. It did make sound when placed, however. Item frames do make a sound when broken, but not paintings.

Well, not for me, hmm. Did you break a painting? It's the PAINTING, not item frames. Item frames were fine for me,

I placed and broke a painting, and it did the sounds fine for me

I guess this was just based on my game. Hmm, doesn't seem like all people have it, so it does have to be invalid. Thanks for helping though.
