Game 110% broken - major problem fix asap (screenshots attached)

When i made a new world in the snapshot, i kept on dropping fps to 0 every 5 seconds. I quit the world and rejoined. When I rejoined the world, the ENTIRE WORLD BROKE. The screen kept on flashing several random chunks in seconds, like the wold duplicated, split into two (top and bottom). It looked like the world glitch I have seen in a world since Pokemon games. I cant describe how bad it is in worlds so I tried to take a few screenshots. it kept on flashing back and forth between those screenshots and other weird looks too idk what to say.
