[MC-94230] Incorrect Subtitle For Falling

When you fall from a high hight the subtitles read: "Footsteps", instead of "Falling Damage" or "Falling" Minor bug

Unable to reproduce; there are no subtitles for me when falling straight down.

In Survival I have "Something fell" and "Player hurts" subtitles
In Creative I don't have neither subtitles, nor sound

@unknown that's also the case in 1.10.2.
