summon mob with equipment not working

Trying to summon mobs with equipment using command blocks is not working. I have put command i used below.

/summon Zombie ~0 ~1 ~0 {Equipment:[{id:wooden_sword,tag:{ench:[{id:19,lvl:2}]}},{},{},{id:diamond_chestplate},{}],CustomName:Undead Worshiper,CustomNameVisible:1,Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:50},{Name:generic.attackDamage,Base:8}]}
