When riding a horse or in a minecart, the server doesn't detect the player. It only detects the entity or object in which the player is using. What happens is when riding a horse the chunks are blank and it freezes and the same goes for the minecart.

In the first screenshot my horse is frozen in the mid jump position because the chunks in front of me didn't load. So I had to disconnect from the server and get back in. The chunks were there until I traveled further and were gone like in screenshot two. The third one is showing the chunks loaded because I had to disconnect and get back into the game. Just thought I would let you know what is going here. Please get this fixed as soon as you are able. Thanks
