I summoned a couple of Enderdragons, i was beginning with summoning 1 Enderdragon that was going to a direction and when it got to the place it was flying around that place so i summoned a few more Enderdragons and they were going to the same direction as the first Enderdragon

This seems to me like it would be Wirkung AS intended. The Endet Dragon AI will always make the Dragon flying to Main Island of the End, whis is the same Position in the Overworld as in the End. This means the Dragon will fly to the approximatly Center of the World.
