Apparently, Packets are not being handled correctly and the Console is Spammed each tick with:
Notch is sending move packets to frequently ( # packets since last tick )
However, this is not affect ping, only tick speed
This appears to happen even on localhost
Maybe packet switching and ram management could be improved.
said has been fixed in MC-93093 but is not working on vanilla servers still as of 15w51b
