[MC-94857] Invisibility when changing gamemode from spectator.

When I was using spectator mode to get out of a cave, I became invisible when switching back to creative and survival. My armour and hand held items were still visible like I was under the invisibility potion effect. I'm not sure if hosting a LAN server would affect this?

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
