When I do a /give command for a custom skull the skull loads as a steve head. When I do the player head command or /give name skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:Name} it does a huge lagspike but when I do the custom skull command or
/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:{Id:"81f4b80a-a1b2-495f-93ff-229685fcc7d8",Properties:{textures:[{Value:"eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvZjg4Y2Q2ZGQ1MDM1OWM3ZDU4OThjN2M3ZTNlMjYwYmZjZDNkY2IxNDkzYTg5YjllODhlOWNiZWNiZmU0NTk0OSJ9fX0="}]}}}
It automaticaly gives it to me but as a steve head but will work if I relog!

No lag, head is instantly in the inventory, see screenshot.
