[MC-95180] Locked chests using the {Lock} tag don't have a name

I used the /blockdata command to lock a chest but when I tested to see if it is locked the chest doesn't had a name!!!
The issue is actually in 1.8 but I couldn't pick it up from the version list

That's because 1.8 is no longer supported. This issue does not appear in the latest snapshots, it's probably caused by the modded server you're playing on.
