When you give changes (via Commands) to enitties (move them or change their NBT constantly) with a fastclock. The game starts to lag EXTREMELY compared to older Versions of the game. This ruins a lot of things that were previosly possible with commands.
Fact is that is lags even though CPU Usage and RAM Usage on the Server are really low! It even crashes the Server sometimes.
To reproduce:
1.place about 50 Villagers
2.Blue commandblock with /tp @e[type=!Player] ~ ~.5 ~.1

Mobs, block interactions, and shooting arrows are all glitched. The last two snapshots have had this problem. Going to check today's snapshot when I get home this afternoon.
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
Notice that this only happens on "real" servers. Singleplayer worlds, even if opened to LAN, are completly fine for some reason.
