In the log file the id is printed
Crashlog please then i can take a look into it
Are you using the newest Launcher? If no get it from minecraft.net
And a errorlog from your .minecraft would help

You should probalby remove the long string from the title it's just a UUID. A random string wich identifies the source.
This is a bug of the Texturepack please report to CodeCrafted not to mojang.

Well we are debating if this is an issue at all... Because that is just how repeaters behaved for like forever. So no there is not issue in the newest version.. (Or any other version)
