Arrow animation does not display correctly while in multiplayer

Arrow animation does not display correctly while in multiplayer. Arrows appear to go side ways does not always happen, but does happen frequent its a mass glitch on slow (Low ram) servers that are built for these things: PVP and/or PVE. Its a bad glitch for PVE since there is no ding for hitting a mob.

This is a server related issue... So any single player issues are not dupes.

There are no dupes... And that the server does not have to be Bukkit/Spigot so this bug is able to be cured by Mojang.

Does the issue persist after relogging?

Yes, and this issue I have tested that sometimes if you reload the server it will stop, but most of the time it persisted to do the bug. So in my family server (Not the one pictured) that has a 1Gb ram it usually will do this. I think that the server is trying to fix the lag (By skipping tics) and does the animation that it does here and that any other player will see the animation going in the wrong way as well. So the answer is no.

And what I mean by reloading the server is that if you were to stop the server and start it again (Not Minecraft) and that this does not happen on LAN servers. So you will have to test it on a dedicated server. Now that I rethink that my theory is most likely wrong so ignore the skipping tics 🙂.

Is this still a issue in the latest version of the game(currently 1.13.1)?

If so, please add it to the affected versions, thanks!
