Second time it happens to me, and i don't know when it happens, i just saw it 1 minute ago, and i left the place and back without recharging the chunks or something like that, and the item frame of my big map just disappeared as you see in the picture

Might be MC-65040 then.
Most probably by destroyed by lightning, see MC-38307.
Is fixed in in 1.9
