Server crash after long idle

Played for an hour or two last night on a newly downloaded/configured 16w03a server. Nobody has accessed since (it's on a private network). Server crashed this morning--roughly 8 hours after last start and 6-7 after last use. Attaching logs, startup script and server.properties.
