[MC-961] Hitting witches in creative causes them to take extra damage.

If you punch a witch in creative, they seem to be taking damage similar to a poison or starving effect, they flash red 5 or more times each punch.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
