[MC-96407] No AI for the block and my interactions with it

I launch Minecraft, I log in my little redstone world and I am in the groud

Description:I pass can tru block,
can't execute command
can"T interac with block \

When I exit the world and re enter it, they are no problem or bug but the bug is reapeating some time.
