"Building Terrain" text changes position upon Window Maximize/Restore (New world) before Java Fatal Exception

Upon creating a Default world with Cheats & a Bonus Chest enabled, resizing the window using Windows 10's maximize button while the screen says "Building Terrain" shifts the text down one row each time the window is maximized or restored. The JRE then encountered a fatal exception upon getting the achievement "Taking Inventory."
