[MC-97217] Weird placement of player while riding an entity after swimming with elytra

Weird placement of character riding horse after swimming with elytra activated.

MC-100195 Player retains 1-block hitbox if entering a minecart/boat while swimming or when flying with elytra or a riptide trident

This bug are partially fixed, I can reproduce it in minecarts (only in minecarts) using 1.9.2
