12 herbs and spices splach instead of 11

Well, I think he's referring to some Minecraft Splash Text, and according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KFC_Original_Recipe and some other sites, it is indeed 11 herbs and spices. Now one can argue day and night whether this is should be considered a 'bug' report. 😉

i just need mojang change 12 to 11. plz calm dowm
