Minecraft 1.9 Pre-1 crashes on opening the world or joining a 1.9 Pre-1 Server.

I get this error after the crash:

Duplicate of MC-32606. Broken/outdated Intel graphics drivers.

What does that mean? All the other versions work and I tried Minecraft 1.9 Pre-2 also, same problem.
