No moving, stacked players and mobs !

I try to play minecraft, after some minutes, no more moving from mobs and players, but I can move myself.

Note: This happen in any situation:

• If I do not move

• If I move, without doing something

• If I hit someone

• If I build something

• .............................

Reproduce (I will use here the build battle):

1.Enter the server
2.Enter in the mod, begin to build
3.Going to next step (I have win that match)
4.After randomly time the players do not move..but myself I can move
5.After 3 seconds, the minecraft do not respond
6.After another 20+- seconds the minecraft is responding for 0.5 seconds
7.I can not open the window, is blocked in the taskbar
8.Next, it kick me from server, and again repeat step 1 !

Update: the only way to recover the minecraft is to restore the java se binary (appear when minecraft is white), is a problem with java?
