[MC-97525] I change minecraft versions from 1.8 to 1.7 and when i load up a world in 1.7, it crashes.

That's because 1.8 worlds aren't compatible with 1.7. The same goes for other versions. 1.6 worlds won't work with 1.2, etc.

Incomplete without a crash report from ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]). Please attach it to this ticket so that we can diagnose your issue.

Most likely a duplicate of MC-38527

Besides that: Your version of Minecraft is no longer supported. We are currently only accepting bugs found in the official release 1.8.9.
