The potion tab of the creative inventory is weirdly-arranged

In the potion tab of the creative inventory, ingredients are a bit scattered. For a easier beowsing, I think the cauldron, the brewing-stand and all the ingredients should be at the top, [[[[and then each potion effects should be represented through the three type of potion (lingering, throwable and drinkable), one by one. Thus, the potion would be arranged according to their color/effect and not according to one of their three type. I think it would be simpler.]]]]
