[MC-97920] Accents don't work

What I expected to happen was able to write á, é, í, ó, ú.

What actually happened was only written a, e, i, o, u, without accents

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the chat with T
2. Type ´
3. Type a

no, you can't, and mojang assigns themselves to tickets
