[MC-97943] Bug with localization potions (Russian language)

From version 1.8 and earlier, everything was fine, but when 1.9 pre1-3, sorry already too much. The names of the potions lost Russian language (previously translated)

Before: Зелье регенерации.
After: Potion of Regeneration.

Seen with version 1.9 pre1-3.

P. s: I doubt that this will be fixed.
My native language: Russian.

this is a translation request, not a bug, if correct it should be "fixed" at the full 1.9 release
