[MC-97987] full screen resource pack stretch

My item texture seem to be a little glitch on my laptop.
But when I try it on my other computer it seem fine.
They are both from same resource pack

more info : I only change texture of my tool, not all of my item.

my driver is latest version (Intel HD Graphic 4000) already but this still happening.

is there any way I can send this issue or ask mojang for help?
cause I only see troubleshooting about "account or payment problems" in Support Center.
other article doesn't help me.
