my driver is latest version (Intel HD Graphic 4000) already but this still happening.

is there any way I can send this issue or ask mojang for help?
cause I only see troubleshooting about "account or payment problems" in Support Center.
other article doesn't help me.

more info : I only change texture of my tool, not all of my item.

*I think my problem is from update 1.8.1 because when I play 1.8 it not blinking at all and my intel driver is the latest since 1.8 (no more update till 1.8.1) and my intel driver is "Intel(R) HD Graphic 4000" not 4400/4600
