[MC-97998] Sound problem in the end

Sometimes when a certain music is playing in the end, it will froze for 2 second, and another sound will play along with the first.

Can confirm, an enderman hit me and there was no hitting sounds. Came back to the overworld, spawned some endermen and the hitting sounds was working.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
