cannot quit minecraft

I have exact same problem with huge worlds

It only bugs this way when you load complex and/or too far (32 chunks or amplified worlds in 16+chunks) O.o

After having this issue:

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

It's been over a year since the question was asked, please respond to the question or attach the files requests and keep the ticket updated.
