Arrow Lighting Problem

Arrows are always bright, no matter how dark the environment is.

What I expected to happen was that the arrows would get shaded according to the environment light level.

What actually happened was that the arrows' brightness was maximum, even though there was no light at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a bow.
2. Shoot an arrow or some arrows.
3. Set the time to night (~15000) or just wait until it gets darker.
You'll notice that the arrows' brightness remains unchanged.
