[22:58:34] [Server thread/INFO]: Changing view distance to 8, from 10

You're attempting to load a world after switching versions of Minecraft. The previous version from which you switched allowed you to change your viewing distance to a higher value then the version you are currently using supports. Revert back to the previous version of Minecraft you were using, change the viewing distance to below 8, change to the version you were trying to use, and see if the problem occurs.

Tried doing that (changed to 6) and it just went the same and said changing view distance to 6.
I then tried changing it to 10 in the same version i'm trying to use and it now says this instead:

[23:38:13] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 3117ms behind, skipping 62 tick(s)

Can you attach this as a .txt file?

Another thing you could try; go into your profile settings in the initial Launcher and delete all the JVM arguments.

Outdated & broken Intel graphics card drivers, see MC-32606

Deleting JVM arguments works!
Also is that mod a bot?

Bots are marked with [Bot] like @unknown

YES. I. AM. A. BOT.

Deleting JVM arguments works!

Updating your graphics card drivers will help too.
