Minecraft 1.9 Crashes When Loads Worlds.

Whenever I load ANY WORLD (like I tried creating a world in 1.9 and I tried loading a world that I created in 1.8 and the pre-1.9 snapshots) Minecraft 1.9
crashes whenever I load a world, 1.8 and below can load worlds like nobody's business, I updated my Java, but no good, what is wrong, is anyone else having this same issue, (actually I know a friend and some other people who are having this issue). Help, immediately! The crash report this look like this (the attachment bellow).

NOTE: I've now realized that Intel Drivers are to blame, but I've found a solution to this (short term), just restart your computer 2 times, (that's what I did, when a friend discovered that trick) It worked for my friend and me! Well, only for a while, so I'd recommend turning of VSync and VBOS. But, this problem is still persisting, this is why Mojang themselves should look at this issue.
