New Minecraft world chunks cycling through biomes every second upon sign in

After signing into Minecraft 1.9 I tried to create a new world in creative mode. When I signed in I noticed that all the chunks seemed to be cycling through almost every biome type. They didn't stop I had to shut down and delete the server. I started a couple others and it continued in those as well. I even attempted to log in to my old worlds as well and they were also unusable. I have attached a picture of the world midcycle where you can see through the chunks.

I too have encountered this issue, this is an old issue dating back to 1.8 that occurred when you turned up the render distance above 17, this was supposedly fixed in 1.8.8 and 1.8.9. However it seems that once again it has broken through the keen watch of the Mojang crew, and now it doesn't even need an altering of the settings to start it's endless cycle of chunks loading in infinitely repeating off into the distance. I do hope those who work on the bug fixes figure out how to stop this once and for all

I am having this issue also. Tried single player and multiplayer with same results

Im also having this problem. Not only do the biomes cycle through, but the same chunk appears to be placed in a grid sequence thing. Not really sure how to explain it so take a look at the attached image.
However when I uninstalled the update the problem was mostly resolved.. Until I want on a public server that is currently hosting the 1.8 and new 1.9 update. Then it started happening again.
