In all the minecraft1.9 mode can not be used elytra glide.Will not glide, vertical landing.

Please don't create two exact same issues the next time you report a bug to the bug tracker.
I'm sorry, but I'm unable to reproduce your issue. The Elytra works fine for me, make sure you have the controls right (please check the corresponding entry of the Minecraft Wiki).
Confirmed. Also Chinese player.
