When I open a world (or server), creative, survival or hardcore, there are huge screen-like flashing things which make it hard to see. Have a look at the screenshots, it's hard to describe. I've had this before 1.9, but not this extreme and it only happened a few times. Just rerunning Minecraft helped then, but not anymore.
