[MC-98586] Difficulty of LAN world does not update on computers other than the host when changed.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a LAN world on one computer.
2. Join the LAN world from another computer.
3. Change difficulty on host computer.
4. Difficulty will not update on other computer.

When I had the error, I was in a peaceful game that switched to easy. I could not see the difficulty change in the escape menu, and my hunger did not go down until I logged out and back in.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
