[MC-98663] Reload command is one version behind

Basically, when you do /reload and you update your code in it. It shows your old code, you have to type /reload AGAIN to show your updated code. (a little hard to explain, and hard to take a picture / video of)

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
