Visual Glitch

I then launched my survival world and the same glitch happened. I even tried loading the worlds without the texture pack on and the glitch still appeared. I have encountered this glitch before in other versions but it only seemed to happen when I changed my render distance to higher levels, the world seemed to work normally at render distances lower than 9 but do the same glitch at anything above. I tried lowering my render distance in 1.9 but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. My Minecraft Username is 900Forever.
