[MC-98767] Sometimes the world will freak out when you load it in.

I have a windows 7 computer and when I load a new minecraft world, old, or even a official server (example being The Hive, Mineplex, Hypixel, etc.)
The only time I thought to myself to take a screenshot of it was when I made my own world. Hope this is helpful.

I experienced this as well. I determined that it was similar to bug MC-62958 (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-62958) and turned on VBOs in the visual settings, which seems to have resolved the issue for now. (I would have updated my Catalyst drivers for their listed solution but it produced a BSOD at each attempt).
