Intel driver issue, see MC-32606

I've tried this fix of increasing the RAM to 5 gb, Kumasasa. It didn't work. I also rolled back the driver and it made no difference. I believe this is a separate issue. This computer is less than a year old and only Minecraft 1.9 is having these problems.

OpenGL: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 GL version 4.3.0 - Build 10.18.15.4248, Intel

Your graphics card driver is outdated. Update to 15.xx.xx.xx from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Thanks Kumasasa. I tried that last night as well. Since it's an HP laptop, installing that driver is not allowed by the system. By it's reckoning, everything is up to date. Thanks again for your input!
