The game could not decide which biome to choose and it kept flipping through even if I paused the game it would still flip. Also there was an invisible circle with trees on it and it was moving around and spin.

Seems to be a duplicate of MC-62958, in which case your AMD graphics drivers are broken/outdated. See that report for details.
