[MC-98873] Skeleton grace period

Issue: Arrow deflected by shield triggers a grace period on a skeleton on impact subsequently making them immune to a sword sweep strike.

Steps to reproduce: Engage skeleton in melee combat, deflect arrow @ skeleton with shield, strike with sword.

Well, the arrow hits the skeleton and damages it. IMO WAI.

To clarify, IMO grace period is to long it essentially means the only way of killing the skeleton is to continually hold the shield up as it nullifies a sword attack.
