[MC-98875] Graphical glitch

It only does this in 1.9. I get this weird graphical glitch that is extremely annoying and increases in size the longer I play. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times with no luck in fixing the issue. It only happens in 1.9 and no other version.
